Every year at the beginning of the fiscal year, Qualified invites all employees to a multi-day kickoff event. This event is quite the undertaking for the marketing department. I worked closely with our ECD, CMO, and CEO to lock down the visuals for our main event that featured dozens of presenters and speakers.
Additionally, I collaborated with the LIV nightclub vendor at Fontainebleau Las Vegas to maintain strict adherence to their LED specifications. This included a series of ribbon LED panels that wrapped around the entire venue, an overhead array of LED panels that aligned to form a single unified panel, a large-form "hero" panel front-and-center on the main stage, and a vertically aligned LED screen at the LIV entrance.
The swirling particle storm was created using multiple layers of Trapcode Particular and various effects, whereas the 3D type was purely Cinema 4D and Redshift. All animations were created to be seamless loops, and at times were looped for an hour!
